Shipping Policy
For national distribution we use a Freight Management Group to deliver all our bulk products and for smaller items we use Australia Post and smaller courier services. We arrange despatch the next working day after the purchase has been paid for. For delivery to major cities, 4-6 days should be allowed, for regional and country area's, allow 7-10 days. No deliveries are made on public holidays, weekends or after hours.
Delivery Costs
To find out how much delivery will be using the calculator at the RHS of this page:
1. Select an item from the drop down menu and then input your postcode click on "Calculate"
2. The Blue text will show your delivery amount.
3. The Delivery Calculator is also in the "order form" so no need to remember the amount.
4. At this point there is no obligation for you to proceed further.
5. If you are ordering multiple items - you will need to do this process for each item - then add together for the total.
6. Sometimes we can wrap items together to reduce shipping costs but not often due to the general bulk size of the items.
If a delivery price doesn't come up for your post code then email info@trampolinewebandwarehouse.com with your postcode and the item required and we will respond promptly.

Unless otherwise stated, all dimensions are approximate. We invest time and effort to ensure all information regarding our items is correct, any errors are unintentional.

For queries regarding any issue with item received please contact us with your invoice item(s) item number.
We do not provide refunds for incorrect product selection, please take note of the item description details and get any queries clarified prior to ordering. Sorry - no refund can or will be made if you have changed your mind about your purchase or no longer want it because it does not suit your needs.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have a case to return the purchased item, we will endeavour to rectify the area of concern.
Due to stock availability not all products will be available to be replaced like with like. Upon prior agreement with seller the buyer is to return item with original packaging or equivalent to prevent any damage while being transported back to the seller. Return delivery is at the buyer’s expense.
We are happy to offer returns on products up to 2 weeks if there is a fault or damage. We will not take returns if you change your mind. If any of our products are bought for a gift for Birthday or Christmas; we strongly recommend you fully assemble and test the product within this 2 week time frame to ensure there are no problems. Once a full refund has been approved by Web And Warehouse, you will be required to return the item at your expense before the product can be processed for full refund. Products sent back without prior agreement will either be returned to you at your cost or be refunded less a 50% penalty fee due to freight costs, handling and storage costs.
Backorder Policy
We endeavour to keep our web site inventory up to date but in the event that we have run out of stock of what you have ordered we will contact you and advise you of the situation and what the anticipated time line is for having your particular product in stock. It might be that you decide to change to a differentsize, colour or cancel your order for full refund. This would not be a common occurrence but may unfortunately come to be from time to time.
Should you be happy to wait for a product we will keep you notified via email of when the product is expected to arrive and when it leaves our warehouse with the courier.
